How many pounds is enough? Will I be able to keep this off?

So some of you maybe wondering how many pounds should I lose. It's hard to say a exact number considering all of are bodies are different. The way to know if you are a good weight is just to take a look at yourself in the mirror.  Ask yourself am I skinny enough do I look healthy and not like I need to eat. If you look online you can also ind sites that will tell what is considered a healthy weight for your body. Another question that tends to go through peoples head when you lose weight will I be able to keep this off? That is a good question. It can be very hard to keep from gaining back all the weight you lost. If you lose weight to fast it can be really bad because you gain it all back due to your bad eating habits. Losing weight isn't about temporally changing your diet so you lose pounds/ It is a life style change. To sustain a good weight after losing some pounds you will need to continue to watch what you eat and exercise to keep for gaining it all back. It is a long process being able to work into you everyday life and keep up with it but it is possible. Currently I work at three to four times a week and plan on upping that to maximize my weight loss. Now I work a full time job from 4:30pm to 1:30am mon - fri and spend up until I go to work asleep since I decide to stay up all night after work so I have worked in between 3am and 5am to workout. I do this Saturday, Sunday , Monday and Tuesday. Then I rest for a few days due to my abs hurting. I try to tone my stomach along with work up a sweat when I workout. I have worked it in to my schedule this way so I can make it a habit even after I am finished losing weight I will keep doing this. As time goes on it gets easier. But I am very upset with myself if I don't stick to this. Especially when I make up silly excuses like oh well I don't have time I have to get up early. Or well I walked around all day I don't need more exercise.

Motivation for weight loss

Finding the right motivation to lose weight or keeping motivated can be hard. But it is possible Plenty of people mangage to lose weight. You just need to find the right motivation. Everyone is very different so if you arn't motivated by the same things that your friends are don't worry. Here is a list o some of the things that may help to motivate you in your weight loss journey.
  • Being healthy. This tends to motivate a lot of people knowing that they are helping themselves to become a healthy individual is enough.
  • Beatuy this is really popular when it comes to girls. Girls want to be skinny so they look good. Know one wants to be that fat cow that everyone points at and talks about. But if you are worried about the way you look work on losing weight and keeping it of the healthy way and not by bulimia or anorexia nether of these are good they are both horrible for you.
  • Videos of success. Watching or hearing about how someone else lost weight can really motivate you to do your best so you can later be one of those people who is able to give advice to others who want to loss weight
  • To impress someone. People have a habit of wanting to impress others don't let this be what motivates you it isn't good you shouldn't have to impress someone with your body to get their attention.

Tips and Tricks to weight loss

# 1 WATER  :)
Drinks lots and I mean lots of water. A lot of us of us don't get enough water in our everyday diets, so we tend to carry some extra water weight. By drinking water you will not only be helping to care for your body better but it will help with flushing out all that necessary  water weight that your body is holding on to. Skip the sodas and fruit juices for the day or just limit yourself down to one.  If you don't like just regular water go to the store and get the little mix in packets to flavor your water They sell them at most grocery stores.
# 2 EXERCISE
Although many of us have very busy lives we still need to exercise. It is a key part in knocking off a few extra pounds. Some of us work others of us have school and kids to care for. No matter your schedule  you can always find five minutes here and their to do a little something. It could be running or walking in place or for those of us who don't like to do that or prefer not to you can do sit ups and push ups. They both work you ab region and help you build muscle. Muscle weighs more then fat but helps to burn fat so gaining muscle is never a bad thing. When you have the time just look up work outs on the internet you will find many different things. A quick workout that I do every day is 15 sit ups, 15 push ups, 15 side sit ups,15 lunges, 15 squats and I try to make sure to go on youtube and look up the choreography for some of my favorite songs so I can dance to them. This only takes me around a total of 15 minutes.

# 3 Eating Right
A part of losing weight the right way is eating right. No this does not mean starving yourself. When you starve yourself yes you will loss weight will you keep it off? No I use to starve myself all the time to lose a few extra pounds and i would gain it all back with my bad eating habits sometimes I would even gain more. Try to watch what you eat. You don't have to diet to lost weight you can lose it by eating all your favorite foods if you wish. All you need to do is cut back the portions. Let me just say I love and I mean love junk food cake, cookies, pie and ice cream a few of my many favorite foods. I don't think I could live without dessert. I still have dessert just about everyday I take what I am going to eat and cut it in half. I by doing this I still get what I want but less of it . But if you are serous about losing weight and being healthy your going to have to pay more attention to what you are eating. Greens along with less grain and more fruit are going to be apart of that change. Different body types need different things to lose weight. Their are three main body types ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorphs. Take a look and figure out which is your and this will give you more of a idea what you will need to eat. If you don't want to look into it now that's ok I will be a post on each of the body types and weight loss tips for them.

Trick # 1 Share your dessert
If you think bout it sharing your dessert with someone can be a great way to cut out a few extra calories. By sharing it you are helping yourself out and possibly even the other person. Did you know pound is made up of  3,500 calories? That's lot of calories don't you think. But by sharing your dessert your taking only half of the calories from that dessert. This can be done in other meals too it doesn't just have to be dessert.
