Motivation and Journey

I have had a lot of trouble motivating myself to lose weight watching what I eat working out. 2 months ago when you would  say time to workout I would give you a death glare. I hated working out so much. I found a wonderful site. www.dailyburn.com that contained fun workouts that I enjoy. But still it was hard to motivate myself to workout. Now I have discovered hoop dance and love it but still have motivation issues, You know what really motivated me? Two people the girl I meet who taught me about hoop dancing and a girl I found on youtube which I will leave the link below at the end of this. If they can lose that much weight i thought I can. I learned to stop looking at a workout as a punishment and am not enjoying it to the fullest. When I go to workout I think man I'm going to shed those pounds and come out looking sexy. That's all it takes and I'm off to my bedroom selecting a workout on dailyburn or grabbing my hoop and dancing.To lose weight you have to learn not to hate working out. If you hate it you won't do it or you won't work your hardest to work off all those calories. Along my Journey I have also learned not to consider what I am doing as a diet it is a life style change. I want a healthier life I am cutting out certain foods yes but most foods and be substituted. That is what I have started doing substituting foods for healthier choices. I still get to have dessert and eat everything I love I just substitute some of it or cut back how much of it I am eating.I hope that the information I have provided you with so far is helpful to your journey for a healthier you.
